MIT policies and procedures: This site outlines the principal policies and procedures that guide MIT faculty and staff members. 

Record retention: This policy provides MIT employees with a way to monitor transactions and resolve problems, and enables the Institute to comply with various government requirements. 

Responsible and ethical conduct at MIT: These policies and procedures outline MIT’s core values and promote conformance to applicable laws and regulations.

Lincoln Laboratory code of conduct: This policy stipulates that employees’ work will be performed with unquestioned objectivity, divorced from any appearance of conflict of interest.

Ombuds Office: This office guides people to express concerns, resolve disputes, manage conflicts, and learn more productive ways to communicate. 
 
MIT reporting hotline: This is an anonymous hotline for reporting possible wrongdoings and actions that are contrary to Institute policy. It is overseen by the Institute Compliance Officer, part of the Office of Risk Management and Compliance Services. 

Lincoln Laboratory ethics hotline: This is a 24-hour answering service through a third-party service provider called EthicsPoint.
